The Wee Blue Book is a publication created to advance the "Yes" argument in the Scottish independence referendum of 2014. It was written by Stuart Campbell of the pro-independence website Wings Over Scotland. The 72-page book was published as a digital edition on 11 August 2014, and 300,000 copies were subsequently printed, using money collected in an Indiegogo online fundraising campaign, and distributed across Scotland from the first week of September. Within a month, the digital edition had been downloaded 550,000 times. It was also released as an audiobook〔https://soundcloud.com/scotindependencepodcast/the-scottish-independence-2〕 and narrated video, translated into Gaelic〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=An Leabhar Beag Gorm )〕 and turned into a standalone website.〔http://theweebluebook.com/〕 The book also commented on the constitutional status of Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles. The book was described by Spanish news website ABC.es as "Salmond's secret weapon."〔http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A//www.abc.es/internacional/20140917/abci-escocia-libro-azul-201409171102.html〕 At the end of 2014, as the Scottish newspapers collected nominations for book of the year, a couple of people named it as their favourite: author Chris Dolan described it as iconic, journalist Lesley Riddoch said she chose it for its portability and sheer audacity. ==References== 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「The Wee Blue Book」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
